• You may cancel or modify your hosting plan at any time, however we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service in the event that you modify your hosting plan in a way that results in a credit.
• Pro-rated credit can be issued for outages, at the sole discretion of Fox Design Werx.
• Credit applied to a customer's account from a customer loyalty program shall not exceed the maximum established by that program.
• A maintenance plan is required if you have Fox Design Werx build your website on another host's server. Some features included in the maintenance plan may not be compatible with your hosting provider's plan. Prorated pricing for features deemed undeliverable due to your hosting providers capability will not be credited.
• Downtime due to incorrect configuration by any person or entity other than Fox Design Werx, improper security protocols used on your Wordpress or Ghost installation or other fault not introduced by Fox Design Werx will not be credited.
• Any services included with a hosting package are considered value-added not subject to refund, credit or discount.
• Any services billed at-cost are considered to be done at best effort, regardless of their inclusion or exclusion as part of a package for hosting or design are not subject to refund, credit or discount.
• Design purchases in excess of $299.99 are payable in two installments: one-half due upon start of your design project and the remaining one-half due upon completion of your project. Absolutely no refund will be given towards any installment payment for design services. Both installments will be credited towards the total price of the design estimate you have received from us, prior to the start of work on your project. Discounts may be given at the sole discretion of Fox Design Werx, however, will not be granted for delays in work due to force majeure or any other unforeseeable circumstance.
• With regard to refunds, credits and discounts that are at the sole discretion of Fox Design Werx: no refund, credit or discount will be given due to any delays or stoppage of work due to force majeure, act of terrorism or any other unforeseeable circumstance.
• Cancellation of services with Fox Design Werx results in a forfeiture of any and all credits on a customer's account.
